All orders feature a 1-year warranty from the date of order. Should you experience any issues with your product, one of our technicians will diagnose and troubleshoot the problem with you and then replace the faulty product / component if needed. Please note that our warranty covers component issues (i.e. LED product, wiring harness / controller defects etc.). Our warranty does not cover installation errors, wear and tear, neglect, or other similar issues, i.e. underglow getting scrapped off.
